Most of our customers prefer service once or twice a week. We provide our scheduled cleanups Monday - Friday. Other service schedules are available; if you would like to know more about service more often than that, or schedule a one-time cleanup before a special event, please contact us.
Yes, there is a first time clean-up fee for your yard on our first visit. Yards with very heavy accumulation will be charged the spring cleanup rate. Your scheduled weekly rate will be charged from that point on.
We absolutely love dogs, but we also know that we’re entering their turf when we arrive for a cleanup. They don't always love the pooper scooper! To avoid any unpleasant interactions, or your dog sneaking out the gate when we come in - we ask that on your scheduled service day you keep your dog inside until we’ve completed our business. We will not take unnecessary risks with your dog or our employees. If dogs are loose in the yard when we arrive we will attempt to reach you at the contact number provided, if you're unable to secure the dogs you will be charged for the scheduled call.
We love landscapers! It makes it so much easier for us to do a thorough job when the grass has been cut, and any leaves and fallen branches have been removed. We service your yard at least once a week, and we work through rain and other harsh conditions, where landscapers do not necessarily come as frequently. This means that the grass is sometimes too high for us to find all of the dog waste. We always do our best to fully clean up your yard, but sometimes the existing conditions just make that impossible. We ask for your understanding and that if you can keep your landscapers on a steady schedule, it will make everyone’s job easier and leave your yard in the best possible shape.
You will not be charged if you call three days prior to tell us to skip your yard that day or to cancel service. If the dog will be gone from the yard for a couple of weeks, or for some reason you want us to skip your yard for a day or more, we can hold service for you.
